I had an awesome time at The Basement in Fayetteville, TN on Saturday night.
Played with a band out of Dora, AL called Ohio Avenue. They were excellent and, even better, they were cool and funny! I appreciate those guys letting me hang out with them for a while.
In a very cool turn of events, we baptized a couple of kids before the show started. For real. We drove down to the river and dunked those suckers. It was amazing to see. ZZ and Katrina… I’ll be praying for you guys. Robert is doing a great job of trying to refocus The Basement and keep the emphasis where it should be.

Hey Brando, I’ve been checking out that video you made and put on youtube. That’s really some nice stuff. I can play it, it’s pretty low. Simple, but really sounds awesome. Keep up the good work…I left you a message or two over on youtube. You gave me that CD when I played with you that one time, and I lost it, so I never got to listen to it man…but I saw the video and I was like, dude that’s fricken awesome. Not what I expected.
