Stuck at the Airport

brandon mc chiming in with the morning report from the orlando airport. and by from the Orlando Airport I mean, I’M STUCK HERE. Here’s the deal:
Naturally I showed up at the airport just early enough to check in, as is my custom. What I didn’t anticipate was the insane man in front of me at baggage check, flailing about for 20 minutes before security had to drag him away. His insanity, moreso the time it consumed to get him under control, forced myself and the 2 families behind me to be late to check in our bags. My airline company was kind enough to inform me that they would gladly book me for another flight 6 hours later, for a convenience charge. I was more than ecstatic to take them up on this offer, rather than simply board my plane that was yet to leave for another 40 minutes (please pick up on the heavy sarcasm here). They told me that I could board the flight, but that I couldn’t bring my bags. I thought that seemed a little ridiculous so, I chose to just sit here and wait it out. At least they have free wireless internet. And at least I have Tecmo Super Bowl on my MacBook…
Dumb Dudes in Orlando
I’m sure if you know me, then you already know how dumb I am. what you may not know is that I have the amazing ability to make the people around me much dumber than they rightfully should be. Such has been the case during this Orlando trip. I’m staying with Jeremy Tomlinson, an old buddy of mine from college, and his roommates (Justin, Parks, and Chris) at their house in Orlando.
Last night we got out our computers and were playing with a program called Photo Booth. I just thought some of you would appreciate the sheer stupidity that is involved in some of these pictures. Enjoy…
P.S. - As I write this I am listening to Alabama rally against Georgia! They just scored and it looks like they’re gonna force overtime! ROLL TIDE!!!
