So, we had an absolutely awesome time yesterday at WCHS in Double Springs. Seriously. Those kids were going nuts for us. We signed a TON of autographs, which is always cool. That really makes you feel famous. We were signing pictures, shirts, drumsticks, pants, CD’s; I even signed a cell phone and a purse. They even had Mallory signing stuff for them. I think she got a kick out of that. I have so much fun when the crowd is really into it like that; we play so much better. And how about Hood gave away like 10 drumsticks? Quite a few, friend.
I’m sitting here listening to Aerosmith and I’ve got Keller sitting next to me. Just trying to expose the young buck to some good music. Maybe he’ll pick up on it. Speaking of Aerosmith: does anyone else remember that video that had Alicia Silverstone in it? She was way hot back in the day. That movie “Clueless” absolutely changed the way I felt about knee socks…

Essential Jeff here, reporting on the wild and crazy times of the Boochie at Earth Park in Hartselle. Talk about some good stuff! Much thanks goes out to Spray for playing with us. Even after the flat tire on the interstate, being attacked by a small group of local pigmies, and having to deal with The Marf, Spray found a way to come crawling on the stage and play his guts out (or at least what was left of his guts). Hood ran sound for Brandon, Spray and me and got to listen. I think that maybe he was a little bored because usually he gets to hit stuff during the show, but I did catch him singing along so maybe it wasn’t so bad. Another big shout out to all of the Sheep (new and old) who made it out to the park to see us. We hope that you had an enjoyable time! Also, to who I will affectionately call “The House Next Door,” thank you so much for the food and good times. It’s times like that - when you sit back and just visit with people and receive great hospitality - that make it all worth while. Thanks a lot. Anywho, one more big plug for the upcoming show at WCHS - more like a warning, actually - beware. Boochie has been known to rock faces off, and we plan to do so without remorse!
no peeps, just sheeps.
